Skin Discovery · $80

Explore your skin concerns with Chantel before choosing a program. Your full $80 Skin Discovery fee is credited toward your six-month program when you enroll within 14 days.

Enroll on the same day and receive a full-size skincare product.

If Chantel already knows your skin and treatment history, she will confirm whether a separate discovery appointment is needed.

Results vary. Specific procedures and outcomes are not guaranteed; treatment timing and selection depend on suitability and professional assessment.

Planning your six months

Commitment, with clear expectations.

Your program is a six-month treatment commitment. Consistent attendance supports your plan. If you reschedule, you keep your treatment.

Missed appointments and late cancellations

A $50 fee applies to no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours. Your treatment is not forfeited.

If you need to end your program early

Completed treatments are recalculated at regular individual prices, less payments already received. Any difference owed is due. For installment clients, any overpayment remains a credit to use within 90 days of cancellation rather than a refund.

If you plan to pay in full, discuss how any unused balance is handled with Chantel before enrolling.
